As a Nutrition coach/specialist, Dona works with people who have diabetes, energy issues, high blood pressure, celiac disease, obesity or even food intolerance's. The goal is to assess the person’s present lifestyle, current habits and then subsequently design a program that will improve all areas of health. Often, the entire family gets involved! Supplement suggestions and dietary changes are all a part of the plan for success. Our efforts should not be to simply live longer but to live better and stronger. It starts with awareness.
